丘成桐中学科学奖在数学、物理、化学、生物、计算机、经济金融建模六个领域分别设置金、银、铜奖和优胜奖，以及跨学科综合最高奖——科学金奖。
2019年12月，来自北京、上海、广东等16个省市自治区及美国、新加坡、印度等国家的90支参赛团队决出61项大奖。
四川省温江中学的卿慧获得丘成桐中学科学奖（物理）金奖，并且从六个单项金奖获得者中脱颖而出、摘取年度总冠军——科学金奖；
美国乔特罗斯玛丽霍尔中学的Ziyan Lei获得本届丘成桐中学科学奖（数学）金奖；
